Strengths: Cyrokinesis. Ability to curse others. Swordmanship.
Weaknesses: His ice powers and the ability to curse others seems weakened and he's reluctant to use the curse ability in stark contrast to the other Devils.
History: Sometime ago, Kaltz was a very different being. He had cat ears in place of horns and his tail was covered with fur. However, to become a devil you have to have died. And it is implied that he died full of grief for the loss of his wife and young son.
Since that day, he has gained horns and a very different tail. And he has three new companions: Verg, Razel, and Froud. Devils of Pleasure, Wrath, and Joy respectively. Kaltz is viewed as a newcomer among them. Among them, he is the one most reluctant to speak unless it is important.
Kaltz and the other Devils can be summoned by the people of Sisa to perform any number of actions. However, Leeks has taken the majority of their powers for himself. Leaving the Devils weakened but not powerless.
Personality: As noted above, he is very reluctant to speak unless it's important. He appears withdrawn and when he does speak, his voice is very soft as if it pains him to speak. Asato is his son but he will not actually voice this fact because it pains him that he couldn't and can't protect him.
