I'll add to these once they come up or I think of them.
1. How does Eden work?
Once a Sleepwalker/Dreamwalker/Dreamer wakes up on Eden, they are effectively stuck there until they are either killed or they die of natural causes. They don't return to their own world upon falling asleep on Eden. Time passes differently here besides. So when a Dreamer does wake up, their memories of Eden could be regarded as a dream or a nightmare.
2. What's the technological level?
In most areas it is comparable to Industrial era. The Capital has a more Steampunk feel to it where most everything literally runs on steam. So no computers or internet. [And I always enjoy forcing uber modern characters into those sort of settings to see how they'd adjust.] There are farms also to be found.
3. Is there tobacco/alcohol?
There is tobacco but no one's had the bright idea to smoke it. The dragons have no use for them. Most animals avoid eating it. And the natives regard it as a weed. However, there is alcohol. Wine, ale, and there's some sort of Eden equivalent to moonshine.
4. Can I apply for a staff position?
At the moment no. But in the future, you'll have an opportunity to apply for a staff position.
5. Why dragons?
Why not dragons? The first four members of the Pantheon[Earth, Water, Fire, and Air] were inspired by a book series called The Dragon Quartet. Time and Space were included after I played the Third Installment of the Journeyman Project Series: Legacy of Time. And Life and Death seemed to follow not too long after because I knew I needed someone to represent those. [Also because I really like dragons.]
6. Will what we post have an overall affect on the plot?
YES! As you've no doubt witnessed thus far, a few members of The Pantheon have popped up to interact with the commoners as it were. Though at this point, mostly everyone's getting their bearings right now.
